The apt is located in one of the best areas to live in Athens. The best restaurants and chefs are all around the neighborhood making it ideal for food lovers.
House was just renovated and all the equipment is brand new. All rooms are with a/c and since its only a breath away from the most famous archeological sites it will be the best starting point for you to start exploring Athens and its hidden gems! Strongly suggested for nomads as well! The big balcony is also a big plus!

Absolutely perfect. Great for a group of 6 and the location was the best in Athens. Walkable to everything, nightlife galore, but still quiet. Make sure you get the room with the Acropolis view!

Great Stay!

The property was very clean and nice! We had a great stay. The neighbor has a lot of great restaurants and is in a great part of town. We were able to keep the 2pm checkout which was so nice to enjoy the city on the morning of our departure.

Terrific location making most Athens sites accessible on foot. Lots of good restaurants in the area and a helpful host. Recommend it for those who may need some additional space but don’t plan to cook in. The kitchen could use some additional utensils for making simple meals.

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and in a great location. The owners were very responsive and helpful. As noted by others, the lock into the lobby is difficult. A keyless entry system to the apartment would be much welcomed as the door locks automatically and if you have multiple people staying you will have someone locked out.Nearby restaurants are great! Walkable to the Acropolis if you're in reasonable shape.

Walkable to everywhere you want to go in Athens. It’s possible to take the metro from the airport to within a few blocks of the property. Incredible restaurants all in walking distance. Communication with Spiyros was fantastic. He was always very responsive..

Perfect location

We had a great time staying in this apartment while visiting Athens. I had picked out some restaurants with great food ratings in the area ahead of time - but I didn't realize just how close they were to our location - literally within a couple of blocks. The neighborhood is very nice, with shopping, bars/restaurants in all directions, and close to most of the main attractions you would want to see. It was about a 15-minute walk to the Acropolis entrance, and more like a 5 minute walk to the changing of the guard. The place itself is very nice. Nice balcony as well as living room couches for hanging out. Air conditioning was a must as it was very hot in Athens so it was great to come home and turn that on. The elevator is very small - really for 2 people only - but a group could either take turns, or some can walk up.

Fun Family Trip

We had a wonderful trip and the place more than met our needs. It was very conveniently located to all the major Athens attractions, allowing us to walk to everything. George helped arrange our ride from/to the airport which made for a smooth process. George was very responsive during our stay which was very appreciated. He offered a variety of restaurant recommendations. We ended up only using one, but it was very good and the service was great as well. The main patio was a fantastic spot for a cool breeze and a nightcap. Overall, we would recommend this location.

Wonderful Apartment

Great apartment! So close to the sites. View of the Acropolis in the kitchen and one back bedroom is gorgeous..especially at night. Super cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants and wine spots just steps away. Easy communication with George on booking and check-in/out. Big back deck to relax on or hang your laundry to dry. Having a washer to wash our clothes was great and we used the provided drying rack on the back patio to dry..literally dried in under 2 hours...it was hot and a bit windy during our visit. We would for sure book this place again!
