This is a stone three-story restored house, 1789 built with the traditional unique architecture of Pelion. Located in the mountain village of Trikeri, South Pelion, it is ideal for couples, families with children and anyone who wants relaxation, quiet and alternative holidays.
The stone house is newly partially renovated in full agreement with its past and history, with which the guest can blend through old objects and general decor. It has three bedrooms, a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a WC.
On the ground floor of the house there is an open bedroom, the small living room, the kitchen, a TV, the bathroom and an air conditioner. From this space, you can access the cellar, where you can find old items used by the villagers in the past decades.
The first floor, which is only accessible through an external stair, has two bedrooms a small WC and the stairs to the top floor. One small bedroom has a semi-double bed and offers unlimited views of the Pagasitikos Gulf and partial to the village of Trikeri. In the second bedroom there is a double bed, a small WC , TV and air conditioning, while the view of the village is unique.
The top floor, which has not been renovated, is a true depiction of residents' lives in previous decades with old objects and thus takes the guest to another era.
The spacious outdoor area offers a panoramic sea view (Pagasitikos Gulf) and the village of Trikeri. On the elevated balcony you can have your morning coffee or an evening drink and enjoy idyllic sunsets.
Please check the exact number of guests for the correct price and feel free to contact me for any additional information or clarification.
Guest access The house is at the center of the village, a few meters from the square. A special place with traditional elements and panoramic views of the village and the Pagasitikos Gulf.
The house is not reachable by car because the center of the village has small and traditional cobbled streets. So you have to park your car at the public parking of the village and walk in order to reach the house.

Since Oct. 2018 for tax purposes and in accordance with Greek law, the name and Tax Identification number (ΑΦΜ) for Greek citizens are required at the time of booking or upon arrival.
