Lambley Farm Cottages are set within 90 acres of a beautiful part of the South Tyne Valley and have been developed to a superior standard.. Ground Floor:
Open plan living space: With oak floors.
Living area: with French door leading to hot tub.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With double electric range, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility room: With American style fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With double bed, French doors and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With 3 single beds.
First Floor:
Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed and single bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
Bedroom 4: With double bed.
Bedroom 5: With twin beds and en-suite.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Oil-fired central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available. . Hot tub for 6 (private). Orchard House can be booked together with Kingfisher Cottage (CC333051) nearby, which has its own hot tub, to accommodate up to 20 guests.
