Please note: There are steps in the grounds and steps down to lower area.. This lovely stone-built terrace cottage offers a cosy yet spacious living/dining room with log burning stove, perfect for those cooler winter evenings. The kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare a hearty Welsh breakfast or evening meal with five burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a small utility room hosting a washing machine, additional fridge freezer, ironing board and iron. The door from the kitchen leads out to the wonderful outdoor space which showcases the views beautifully.
Sit and enjoy a morning coffee or sip a cold drink whilst watching a spectacular sunset. This tiered garden offers seating and table to the top and down some steps to the lower courtyard with seating and dining area for four. When it is time to freshen up the first-floor bathroom offers a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. There are three lovely bedrooms with a double and two singles all with quality mattress and linen, ensuring a great night sleep.
Franny’s Cottage is in an elevated position between the mountains and the sea. Situated just on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, it presents spectacular views over to the Isle of Anglesey, Menai Straits and The Great Orme. Just a short stroll will take you to the beach at Penmaenmawr, or a 20-minute drive and you are in the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno or the walled town of Conwy with its fabulous castle and world-famous smallest house in Britain.
Just half an hour from the heart of the Snowdonia National Park where you can enjoy an array of outdoor activities. There are a number of bars, restaurants, and cafés for you to enjoy the local Welsh hospitality within easy reach. This is a dog friendly property.
