About this property

Beautiful, family friendly mobile home located in the heart of Snowdonia

A luxury 2 bedroom mobile home situated in the grounds of an old school in the heart of Snowdonia. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway.

Fully insulated with central heating and double glazing, ideal for summer or winter. Everything you need for a perfect holiday, including bed linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials are included in the price

The main bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/DVD player and ensuite toilet. The second bedroom can be set up with twin single beds or a double bed. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Bathroom with a walk in shower.

A fully equiped kitchen/diner with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

The spacious lounge area has a three piece suite. Patio doors opening on to a large veranda with outdoor furniture. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and board games.

A wide selection of maps, guide books and leaflets are available to help you to make the most of your stay.

Outside, there is a large secluded garden surrounded by mature trees. Two separate decked/paved areas with a wide range of garden furniture.

The property has spectacular views of Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. We are located in a peaceful rural location but only 10 minutes from the A55 expressway, Anglesey, and the towns of Bangor and Caernarfon. There is a wide selection of pubs/restaurants close by. One of Wales premier tourist attractions, Greenwood Forest Park, is within walking distance.

We are ideally located for all the attractions that the area has to offer - hill walking, sailing, horse riding, climbing, bike riding, paint balling, adventure sports, fabulous beaches and historic sites.

The area has become the premier UK location for adventure sports with Zipworld, Bounce Below, Tree Top Adventures, Anglesey Rib Rides, the National Outdoor Sailing Centre and the National Mountain Centre all within easy reach.

For the less energetic; there are the world famous Snowdon mountain railway, Welsh Highland Railway and the Ffestiniog railway, Portmeirion village, Bodnant Gardens, fabulous castles, national trust properties, great beaches and no less than 4 UNESCO world heritage sites.

We came for the Ultra Trail Snowdonia and it was a brilliant stay; we can only concur with all the 5-star reviews on here! Clean, comfortable, quiet, with all the amenities needed (including wifi) and for a decent price. We had a sensational stay! Me, my husband and my father, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kevin was so helpful and friendly we really liked him, lovely guy! Lovely peaceful place to stay

Lovely static caravan. Very roomy inside decent size bathroom for a static. Main bedroom bed very comfortable, slept well. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy sofas. Nice outdoor seating areas. Great location 10 mins from Anglesey, Caernarfon and not far from Snowdonia. Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. Left us a very generous welcome package. Bread, eggs, butter, coffee, welsh cakes & wine. Supplied plenty of toilet rolls and washing up liquid something you dont see in all self catering accommodations. We'll miss Maggie their horse who was really friendly and loved eating the treats we gave her.Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely return. Thanks for having us.

My 15 year old daughter and i have just had the most fantastic week, staying here in beautiful North Wales. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and spotlessly clean.We could not have been happier.The hosts, Kevin and Annwen, were so welcoming and helpful, giving lots of useful information and advice about the local area and places of interest.The property is perfectly situated for so many places and lots of things to do within easy access. We filled our week with waterfalls, walks, castles, shops, beaches, train rides, NT gardens, craft fairs, mountain views and lakes - it was perfect!So much more we want to do and we would not hesitate to book here again.A lovely touch from the hosts was a thoughtful welcome basket on arrival, thank you We will miss saying good morning to Macwen (hope i’ve spelt that right) and the cats Thank you both for such a lovely holiday, we will be back.Louise & Zoe

Yep. I can confirm that all of the wonderful reviews are accurate. I can’t say that I found a single fault during my stay. The accommodation had everything and it was all in logical places too, which made a nice change. It was so relaxing for the family, with enough space for people to relax in different areas. And the garden was perfect for the boy and me to kick a football around every evening (annoyingly). Great recycling facilities too!The hosts were lovely and I enjoyed chatting to Kevin about my favourite things (pubs, music and football mainly). They even offered to drive us around when our car broke down.All in all, it was a pretty magical holiday in a beautiful area with so much contrast. We’ll most certainly be back (if they’ll have us).
