Rhiwlas Cottage was perfect, clean and lovely size and had everything in that made a stay extremely comfortable. The setting is in the most idyllic picture postcard place. The river running along the bottom of the split level patios was so tranquil - all you could hear was the flow and the birds singing. Was easy to book initially and Lynn was the perfect host, a lovely friendly lady - kept us updated and was happy to answer any questions we had at any time. We couldn’t have wished for anything better and would thoroughly recommend staying at Rhiwlas. We’ll definitely stay again without hesitation.
This house was so comfortable! Wish we could have stayed longer. Right on the main road into Beddgelert - so easy access to pubs and shops. But also quiet and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the patio for breakfast and dinner and even just to relax - the river is beautiful and we loved seeing the cows across the way coming down to drink. The kitchen was well-equipped - we cooked breakfast every morning and several dinners during our 5 night stay. Street parking out front was easy (and free). Would definitely stay here again!
Lovely property, garden was beautiful with the stream next to it. Host was lovely too and allowed us a late check out!Would definitely stay here again.
Another fantastic stay at Rhiwlas. Great to have lovely weather so we could enjoy the riverside terrace at its best. Perfect location and ideal as a base for exploring Snowdonia/North Wales. Thanks Lynn for excellent hosting once again.
One of the most wonderful places I've stayed in. Took my Mum for a mini break. The cottage was perfect for us. Very comfortable and cosy, and had everything we needed to make the stay just right. The location was stunning! The river was so relaxing and we even saw a cormorant that stayed in the same position for a full day. Thank you, I hope to return maybe with my Mum again or my husband.
Wonderful property for two of us and our dog to explore north west Wales for a few days. Short walk to the dog-friendly pub for dinners & a pint or two.
We really enjoyed our stay, the river is your backyard and we slept with the windows open at night to listen to the nature. Location is fantastic, it was quiet, clean and nicely appointed. Lynn was an excellent host. I would definitely stay here again on our next adventure to north Wales.
The most beautiful place my family has ever seen in Uk is the village where we stayed . Thank full to the host for this wonderful opportunity for the guests . Really enjoyed the stay over there and will remain in our memories for ever from now.....also Welsh mountains are outstanding ....
We had a wonderful time. The house was like a home from home. The surroundings were spectacular. A truly wonderful break and we will definitely be back again!

Everything we wanted, couldn't fault anything at all!
We had a great long weekend here and it was perfect. The cottage is lovely, so clean, comfortable and well equipped. The terrace is a real treat.
The village is lovely too, lots of choices for eating and drinking, we could have happily stayed much longer and would love to come back one day.

Thanks for such a great review, I'm really pleased you enjoyed your stay at Rhiwlas and found everything you needed. I also hope you managed to climb Snowdon - which ever path you chose! Hope to see you again one day.
We had a lovely short stay at the cottage. It was warm and cosy and located very close to the middle of bedgelert. It's a real hidden gem. We would definitely come back
Lovely property, well equipped and very clean. Beautiful views to the rear with the river running by too. Perfect location only a few minutes walk into the village. Great spot to explore this whole area, will definitely return. The owner Lynn left biscuits and milk, a nice touch .
