This converted barn rests on the outskirts of Porthmadog and sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms.
Melin Bach is a stone-built property resting on the outskirts of the town of Porthmadog. It houses two bedrooms comprising of a king-size double and a ground-floor bunk bedroom, together sleeping up to four people. The property is completed with a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio area with furniture. Melin Bach is a superb base for a family getaway to the Welsh coast. Note:this property is not suitable for more than two adults. Note: the property only accepts a minimum breaks of 3 nights.
Amenities: Gas central heating, radiators and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, washing machine, Smart TV with FreeSat, a selection of books, games and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car. Rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only and not in bedrooms, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6.8 miles, pub 5.5 miles. Note: Due to the location of the property, there is no mobile signal, however the internet network will support WiFi calling. Note: Home deliveries are available with Tesco.
