Lovely warm property, well equipped kitchen, games to play and books to read. Great hosts there to show us around and let the kids feed the chickens, which they loved. Lovely little food parcel to welcome us which the kids loved dipping into. Beautifully clean and comfortable with extra blankets and throws for snuggling. We didn’t realise there was no bath when we booked which would have added to the experience and eased our muscles after hiking Snowdon but it is on the listing that it is shower only. Great property, the only criticism is that it was a little too close to the road for my husband and I who are very light sleepers. Having said that the closeness of the road made it great for visiting places and getting around.
The cottage was very comfortable, and beds good for a much needed rest. Very good position, just off a busy main road (not heard from the bedrooms). Easy access for lots of tourist attractions in the local area, and ideal for Bangor Uni. Would stay again without question
A super cottage in a great location to explore beautiful North Wales. A cozy and spacious cottage with all we needed and more. We would highly recommend to family & friends.

About the host
Hosted by Kerry
My family and I moved to this beautiful part of North Wales in 2021 following family connections and childhood holidays! We enjoy exploring this beautiful area with our rescue pooch, Ollie. We aim to provide the type of holiday accommodation that we would want for ourselves. We live in the farmhouse in the grounds but are never intrusive and are always there if you need us.
Why they chose this property
Following a family holiday in 2021, we saw Felin Uchaf and just instantly fell in love! We sold everything we owned and moved here with an ageing mum - we are firm believers that you regret the things you didn't do - so here we all are :-)
What makes this property unique
Rural but with everything close by if its needed. Beautiful scenery, wonderful fresh air, unpolluted night skies, room for the chickens to roam, plans for ducks and more chickens, perfect for the dogs, a haven for wildlife and all in all, just perfect and our little piece of paradise.
