Edge of Snowdonia
The property was clean and comfortable with all mod cons. Kerry and John were very welcoming and informative. There were several places around the property for sitting out and enjoying the sunshine. The location is ideal for touring North Wales. We had a few visits to Snowdonia and also Conwy Castle.

About the host

John and Kerry, along with mum Rose, Ollie the dog and various rescued chickens look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful part of the world.
We believe in making sure your holiday is how we would want it to be - relaxing, comfortable and with unobtrusive hosts that are on hand if needed.

Why they chose this property

Many of our guests are 'returners' that book again as soon as they have left - which means we are doing something right :-)
Our three cottages are in a stunningly beautiful area with everything you could need close to hand - whether that's a day exploring Snowdonia, visiting a castle, going to the beach, a day shopping, restaurants and take-aways close by and then returning to your warm and comfy barn conversion.
All three cottages were once part of the original farm (we live in the farmhouse close by) and were converted a few years ago into what they are today.
The main farmhouse was once a mill and many of the original features are still there, including the waterwheel and the millpond and stream.
It is a beautiful area and we are truly blessed to live here!

What makes this property unique

We are away from it all but close to everything you could need.
View of Snowdon from the back garden on a clear day (4 miles away by road)
Amazing, unpolluted night skies.
Lots of wildlife visit us - herons, badgers, owls, woodpeckers to name a few.
See the original waterwheel (hoping to restore it to its former glory) , sit by the stream and listen to the calming sounds, watch the amazing night sky with a glass of local ale or wine.
