Easy to find, in the beautiful countryside close to stunning beaches, woodland and historical sites. Perfect for a get away to switch off and recharge with lots of walking/sightseeing. The hosts are so helpful, we would definitely recommend and stay again.

Will consider re booking next holiday
We have stayed in this property several times because we love Anglesey and the peacefulness of the farm. The cottage is not luxurious but this is reflected in the price and it has everything we need. We love it.
Good for a couple but for 4 a bit tight, but there again I am one who likes space
Location fine and east travel around the island. A little more local info would have been useful.
Glantraeth Farm is in an ideal location to explore Anglesey, being nearly central in the island with easy access to Holyhead, Red Wharf Bay, Rhosneigor, Penmon Point, Plas Newydd and the mainland coastal areas via the A55. The property was very clean and is compact in its layout for 4 people. The location is quiet with access to a communal garden and the local football pitch. Kitchen facilities allow for simple meals to be prepared. We enjoyed our stay.
The property was cosy and warm, definitely ok for 2 people but rather small for party of 4 plus pet. The shower room could do with refurbishing. However, this said the location was peaceful and good for exploring Anglesey.
The cottage was exactly how described and pictured, well equipped and everything you needed was there. It was absolutely spotless. The surroundings are rural so you definitely need a car to get about but if you just want a quiet chilled holiday just staying in the cottage it is also perfect for that, the pet friendly element is what drew us to this place but it is so much more than that after having stayed for a week. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone, hope to come back again.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Lovely fenced in communal garden and patio idea for the pets.
Within easy reach of places to go and dog walks especially newborough national nature reserve absolutely stunning
Well maintained property equipped with everything needed for a self catering stay. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend and re visit in the future.
The cottage was easily accessed, in a great location with a bonus large garden space for us and the dog.
We stayed in cottage 3 which turned out to be a very small 2 bed cottage.
It had all necessary equipment which was good but it did feel a little tired in its appearance and quality of fittings (hot tap on bathroom sink was faulty, towel rail was loose and fell off, dial on electric shower was incorrectly positioned, oven wasn’t very clean on arrival).
Would I stay here again ? Yes with a revamp of the cottage, no if not.

A stunning location
The cottage is set in a beautiful and quiet setting. We visited as a family of four with our two dogs. Appreciated the forest/ beach carpark pass which was stunning and definitely worth a visit. Good amenities within the cottage. Would definitely return.

Great getaway for dog-lovers and people who just want a base to explore this lovely part of Wales.
As we have travelled so far to experience all that Anglesey has to offer we probably would have appreciated a place to stay which was more memorable. Glantraeth offers the basics. The apartment was spacious and warm...it is not a stand-alone cottage but one of many in a converted farm building. We think with a little more effort and minimum cost, this stay would have been much more special. For instance, providing towels would have been appreciated. Guaranteed hot water in the shower would be good and an absence of dog-hair on cushions would have reassured us that the apartment was clean. One factor above all others was missing.....a friendly hello in person from the lady in charge would have been lovely. It's always the people who make a stay special. We loved Anglesey and we met some lovely people but I'm not sure we'd recommend Glantraeth to any overseas visitors. With a little more thought, it could be brilliant. Anglesea has so much to offer in the way of eco-tourism and we could prove your saving grace, especially after Brexit. We just need a little more pampering. Make us feel special and we will reward you in spade-loads.
