Great View! Convenient to the Water.

Wow! What a view! The apartment is on the ground-floor and about 40 feet from the Mediterranean. If you drive there, expect a very narrow, one lane road down a hill. There is parking for the apartment, which was nice. The apartment was very comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean to watch sunsets. The apartment also comes with two beach lounge chairs, which was very welcomed. There is a local place there to rent chairs if you need more than two; and, there is a small deli to purchase drinks and sandwiches for lunch. We took a boat excursion for the day out of Marina Lobra, which was only about a 10 minute walk from the apartment (parking at the marina is difficult, so walking there was very nice). The host was very helpful in helping secure the excursion. The only reason this apartment didn't get 5 stars is because drive to the apartment itself is a bit difficult. But, don't let that keep you from staying in a place with one of the best views in the area!

We were meant to stay at this property for 5 nights, however the night before we were meant to stay there, our first two nights got cancelled due to double booking. We were then told that we would get a refund for the first two nights but it has now been nearly two weeks and we have not received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact both the property manager and Expedia, we have been unsuccessful in receiving the funds owed to us. The property owner asked us if it was okay to change the booking dates in order to get the refund which apparently negates the contract with Expedia, meaning they felt we were no longer entitled to a refund. All seemed very unreasonable. Pictures are misleading, the beautiful ocean view is FULL of people all day long. The building itself is very shabby and about 5 flights down, with no elevator. Power went out on the last night, and there is only air conditioning in one of the bedrooms.
