About this property
The Coach House at The Pines, Bull Bay.
This beautifully designed seaside retreat was carefully renovated in 2021 by Birch Stays to host both tranquil smaller stays (sleeps 7) and larger group stays (sleeps 17) with the adjoining sister house The Cottage
Located on top of the hill overlooking Bull Bay, the Coach House has been dressed to provide high comfort and sociable living spaces to enjoy with family and friends. The external character is complemented by contemporary interior design. Flooded by natural light, the open living areas are finished in warm natural textiles and patterns that provide a relaxing ambience.
Bull Bay
Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), this seaside retreat boasts stunning coastal walks, attractive local pubs, and a championship golf course, to add further interest to the beauty of the surrounding countryside. In addition, an array of water sports are hosted from the Bay, just a 5-minute walk away from The Pines.
Located on the northeastern tip of Anglesey, Bull Bay is an excellent base from which to explore the island and, in particular, the nearby seaside villages of Cemaes Bay and Benllech. Stunning heritage walks can be taken around the old Copper Mine workings that overlook the Bay.
More small bays, coves and inlets are dotted around the surrounding coastline, with secluded beaches for picnics and seaside activities, including dolphin-watching.
Try a walk westward to Cemaes Bay where some lovely sandy beaches are located; you can dip your toes in the sea before having a wander around the pretty village of Cemaes where the local fish and chips are well worth a try!
As you enter:
You are welcomed by a separate entrance lobby with adorned by an original bay window, that provides the perfect decamping area after a busy day of activities. There is an adjoining external shower, for those messy pups, kids and adults, to wash those sandy feet after a day’s activities.
Off the entrance area is a spacious king sized bedroom with level access for all guests, and the main entertaining space. You enter the main living space through the lounge snug, with an L-shaped sofa for the evening’s relaxation. Through the lounge you step down in the open plan kitchen dining area, with an inbuilt dining banquette and adjoining sliding doors onto the private decking area.
The decking area is also connected by a hatched window, providing the most unique breakfast bar area on the island. The fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler and downdraft extractor hob, are complimented by the separate utility room and downstairs w/c.
Whilst upstairs, the master super king bedroom’s double velux provide a light and spacious space. The family bathroom provides sweeping views across the Irish Sea from the fully tiled rainforest shower. Across the landing there is reading nook that provides the perfect quiet space for reading or as a holiday office space. The final bedroom provides a triple bunk bed for up to 3 children or 2 adults, and with the 4 windows, is a light and vibrant space.
This spacious seaside retreat and the generously proportioned bedroom suites provide flexible sleeping spaces to accommodate a variety of families and groups, and can host 7 people.
The Birch Stays team are on hand to make the stay an unforgettable holiday.
