Conveniently located in the quiet area of Pernera, Villa Michelle 2 is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and all local amenities. Whilst the location of this villa is very central, it is positioned within a small, quiet development.

Positioned over 2 floors, Villa Michelle 2 is fully air conditioned throughout, has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with dining facilities and doors which lead out onto the terrace and swimming pool.

Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms with the master featuring a double bed and en-suite. The two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Protaras, with the famous Fig Tree Bay, along with shops, bars and restaurants can be found just a short 15 minute drive away whilst Pernera's village shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk.
