Villa Michelle is a beautiful property with large 4x8m overflow pool, conveniently located in one of the best areas of Pernera just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central the villa is situated in a quiet area in a small development of just 12 houses.

Within 3 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, water-park and shops

The ground floor features a open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen the whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded.

On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, two twin rooms and the family bathroom.

The villa is designed for families with small children and ofers solid pool fencing for child safety, stair gates, wooden cot and high chair.

Villa Michelle is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with Russian, Englishand Other European Channels as well as complete set of Movies and TV Series. The villa also offers central heating for the cold winter months.

Nice villa close to the beach

Living room area / kitchen. Nicely equipped kitchen. Close to the shop and restaurants.

Villa was not in good condition.

Overall the area and surroundings were as expected as we've stayed in this area before. Most disappointing part of our holiday was the quality of the villa. On day one we reported defects and disrepair needing attention. The downstairs loo door handle was hanging off and had no key to lock the door. The main bedroom door would not close as the framework was warped. Overall the images shown on the site were cleverly taken giving the impression of a spacious villa, space-wise it did not deliver what the images advertised. I've now stayed in 3 villas, Protaras x 1 & Pernera x 2. I'd describe the charge for this villa compared to others I've stayed in excessive. Artwork in a picture frame in the lounge was pointed out to be falling out the frame, this was laughed off and left as it was. The pool generally was good but the white fencing around the pool has not been washed in, at a guess, months, and covered in bird droppings, poorly maintained. Kitchen was good except no oven trays making oven cooking impossible without purchasing equipment ourselves. First nights cooking was halted as the hob had no gas, the alternative was the barbeque which also had an empty gas bottle. I reported this and to be fair, someone arrived with gas 30 mins later although not convenient to have 2 gas bottles empty, again - poor maintenance. Day 2 seen a gentleman arrive who did not speak English to repair doors. Downstairs toilet door was drilled for a second and just left as we'd found it. Main bedroom door wasn't even looked at. Downstairs toilet window did not lock which I also reported, nothing was done about this. Overall review is that this villa is badly in need of some fixing. A few noted issues could have been rectified but were not. This is poor service. The concrete wall separating us and the next villa had a major crack and didn't really look too safe. We were warned by your agent that power trips were usual and all we had to do was stroll down to the end of the street to reset the trip switch. I'd guess we had to do this around a dozen times. Area where trip switches were are dirty, littered and wasn't a nice experience heading out continuously. Could have been a nice stay apart from the disrepair. We asked for extra access on our last days stay and were told this was fine for a sum of cash. Waited 3 hours for someone arriving to collect this money, another 3 hours wasted.
