The Space:
You enter the apartment straight into the open plan Kitchen / Main living space with modern tropical furnishings, sofa, four person dining table and smart tv. There is American style kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and convection oven. There is a hallway leading from the left hand side of the living room. Along this hallway you have the family bathroom with walk in shower to the left and to the right the second bedroom with twin single beds and a hammock chair for you to enjoy the view of the communal pool. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has a double bed with en-suite that also has a walk-in shower. You can access the terrace from both bedrooms and the living room via the patio doors all of which have electric shutters. The terrace continues its tropical feel outdoors and has a decorative textured wall, it also has a four person dining table perfect for dinning al fresco and a pair of “gumball” chairs and coffee table both of which overlook the communal pool area. There is both hot and cold Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. This property also comes equipped with two parking spaces in the private garage.
