The apartment is on the 1st floor with a nice balcony at the entrance of the property to sit and simply enjoy the morning or evening with a nice glass of wine. On entering you have the living room which features a flat-screen TV with all European channels including a full UK TV package as well FREE HIGH-SPEED WIFI. The dining area for 4 is part of the living room. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen with all of the mod con's required for your holiday cooking as well as a dishwasher! The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes. There is a family shower room as well. The apartment has full air conditioning in all rooms.

What makes this apartment so special is the extremely large private solarium. There is a large seating area for 6 people, a separate dining area for 4 with a top-of-the-range gas BBQ. The best is the large Jacuzzi for 4 as well 4 sun loungers to enjoy the sun which you can get all day. Sunbathe in the day and enjoy the hot tub in the evening, Perfect! The community also has a communal pool if you can get out of the jacuzzi.

For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. The apartment is a few minute's drive away from just about anything you could wish for. La Zenia beach is a short walk or can drive as well as the many restaurants and bars at the La Zenia roundabout, another huge choice including Paddy's Point.

You also visit the other commercial areas with ease to try something different such as Los Dolses, La Fuente and of course the World Famous Villamartin Plaza which is full of restaurants, bars and of course its well-known music lineups in the summer months.

The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.
