Une location surévaluée

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble mais plusieurs éléments nous ont surpris, voire agacés. Nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires, absents, et aucun état des lieux n'a été fait. Ce qui ne protège ni les propriétaires ni les locataires. Du coup, quand il y a du matériel cassé, on ne peut prouver qui est responsable. Surtout quand l'état de l'appartement est moyen, ce qui était le cas. Voici certains défauts : une salle commune et une cuisine trop exiguës pour 6 personnes - et nous n'étions que 4, pas de WI-FI, des chaînes manquantes à la télé, pas assez d'eau chaude dans une journée pour 4 personnes, les volets sont d'origine et fonctionnent mal, les prises de courant également. Les points positifs, car il y en a, sont : l'emplacement, le fait qu'il y ait deux salles de bain et 2 WC dont un séparé, le garage, l'équipement de la cuisine abondant, le poêle à bois qui offre une chaleur sympathique, même s'il est difficile d'en régler la température. En résumé, les propriétaires auraient intérêt à faire quelques travaux, changer les volets notamment, à clarifier leur annonce et à établir un climat plus confiant.

L'appartement etait parfait pour notre besoin: grand et très bien agencé, il avait toutes les fonctionnalités souhaitées. Vraiment un très bon séjour.

maison bien située et fonctionnelle mais manque certaines précisions sur l'annonce

La maison est très bien équipée, pratique et fonctionnelle et proche du village et des navettes! Bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Seul bémol un chèque pour le ménage est demandé à l'arrivée mais pas précisé dans l'annonce. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas spécifié également qu’une des chambres à l’étage n’en est pas vraiment une dans le sens où elle n’a pas de porte. Pas toujours pratique donc pour y faire dormir des enfants…mais dans l'ensemble bon rapport qualité-prix!
