UNESCO protected Corfu Town is easily accessible within only twenty minutes’ drive. The villa offers four double bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and all have their own individual charm, an artful mix of traditional features and tasteful modern luxuries.
The villa opens onto a beautiful double living room decorated with timeless art pieces, a study area and a newly built library. All of which benefit from an abundance of natural light through the wrap-around balconies overlooking the magnificent garden. This villa is the perfect space to relax and
unwind. Villa Laminda boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all appliances and utensils, perfect for entertaining guests. The kitchen opens onto a wooden decked balcony which doubles up as a seating and dining area- for those alfresco meals or some drinks under the canopy of stars.
The garden is a mix of one hundred year old Cyprus trees towering over the poolside, magnificent pastel coloured flowers and various home grown herbs which the hosts generously encourage guests to make use of. There is an extra guest house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The outside area has its own sizeable fully functioning bar, barbeque and secondary dining and seating area. What’s more, this villa is perfect for families, with its very own outdoor gym and games area, and a secondary downstairs TV room nook for cosy evenings.
The Villa also has access to a small private beach, which is perfect for dips in the sea.
