Villa Serenissima is a new villa with 5 bedrooms and 2 private pools just 100 meters from Almyros beach, Corfu. It is modern, luxurious, and equipped with all amenities for an unforgettable vacation with friends or family. In the immediate vicinity there are sandy beaches and excellent tavernas.
Outside, there is a large, fenced-in garden with a stunning private pool, a play corner for children, sun deck, and an outdoor cooking and dining area (equipped with a double refrigerator, ice machine, electric barbecue, oven and wine refrigerator). The house is very bright inside, and offers a second pool as well as a well-equipped gym.
At guests’ disposal: furnished, enclosed private garden; private outdoor pool (21 x 4 meters; minimum depth: 0,45 meters; maximum depth: 1,35 meters); private indoor pool (5 x 3 meters; depth: 1,1 meters) heated on request (without extra cost); children’s play area; outdoor cooking and dining area; well-equipped gym; 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom; washing machine and dryer; air conditioning in all indoor rooms; parking.
Distances: sea 100 meters, minimarket 500 m, taverna 700 meters, Acharavi (shops of all kinds) 2 km, Kassiopi 12 km, Agios Stefanos 16 km, Paleokastritsa 27 km, Corfu Town (airport) 40 km.

We spent 8 wonderful nights at Villa Serenissima with our family, and honestly, it was even more beautiful than the pictures. The villa is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well equipped. It has everything a family could possibly need, and so much more. There was plenty of space for everyone, and every detail made the stay feel easy and relaxing. The location is also perfect. The villa is just a short walk from the sea, a local town where you can get everything you need for day-to-day life, and several charming little villages that are lovely to explore in the evenings. There are also beautiful little bays and amazing beaches all around the area. A special thank you to Nicolas, who managed our stay and truly went above and beyond. He was always available, incredibly kind and helpful, and happy to assist with absolutely anything — from restaurant recommendations and reservations to any small request we had. He was attentive, listened to everything we needed, and always made us feel that we were in very good hands. The daily cleaning service was excellent as well, and overall, the entire management of the villa was simply 100/100. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We are incredibly grateful to Nicolas and the whole team for making our family holiday so special. We couldn’t recommend Villa Serenissima more highly!

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. My family and I had a really wonderful holiday. The villa is really well appointed, the facilities and equipment are excellent. The location is perfect with a town close by, proximity to the beach and local restaurants. We are extremely likely to return for another stay in the future. Nikos and the team looked after us like family and gave us great advice and service. We can’t wait to go back.

A fabulous luxury villa which is extremely well presented and has everything you could wish for. Location is brilliant with the beach being so close - and we loved being in Almyros which is sandier and quieter than Acharavi. All the information and support provided by Nikos was superb. The mountain views from the pool area are so lovely too. Apart from the mosquitos (especially on the drive to the villa!) it was perfect. Nikos was absolutely brilliant - always checking in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok and double checking before cleaners arrived.

The villa is ideally located just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy Almyros beach—perfect for daily walks and swims. The property is modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with high-quality furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. The private outdoor pool is set in a quiet, sheltered garden—ideal for relaxing in total privacy. Our children loved the dedicated play area and ping-pong table, which made family time even more enjoyable. What truly elevated our experience was the excellent support from the PosarelliVillas team—always available, professional, and ready to assist. Villa Serenissima is the perfect choice for families or groups looking for comfort, beach proximity, and a peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend it and hope to return.

Amazing Luxury Villa , the kitchen both inside and outside was very well stocked with every utensil , pot and pan, crockery and glasses you would ever need , the gym equipment and indoor pool were great , bedrooms very large with lots of storage space , everything around the villa is very well thought out , it’s extremely spacious , lots of indoor and outside entertaining space , the main pool with the large loungers and the additional deckchairs were perfect , and this was the centrepiece of our holiday with the lovely outdoor seating area and kitchen, all the games are an added bonus and we had so much fun with those . Our expectations were truly met and we could not have asked for anything more for our girls trip ! , This is a truly suburb Villa in a great location , very private and close to the beach and numerous taverna's . Nikos was a great host and nothing was too much trouble , we will be back !!!
