Luxury seafront Villa in Kassiopi

Our house is a charming 6-7 bed villa on the North East coast of Corfu, designed and built one year ago by us with the help of a local architect.
We are ideally located above a small Beach and just Under Kassiopi castle, 100m by walk from Kassiopi village.
The villa has three comfortable double bedrooms
with ensuite shower room for each, and a single bed in the downstairs study suitable for one adult.
The upstairs bedrooms lead out to a wide terrace
with magnificent views to Imerolia Bay.
The downstairs bedroom has its own peaceful private patio seating area.
From the kitchen you access the poolside terrace and the shady outside eating area.
Infinity swimming pool long enough to swim -13.5m x 3.5m.
The villa is located in a large olive groves.
Wifi available. Solar powered hot water. Air conditioning throughout.

A week of Corfu sunshine

A wonderfully relaxing holiday in a beautiful house in the nest of locations. Evening sunshine and views across the bay were a real bonus, sea swims on the doorstep, superb pool, restaurants within walking distance...what else would require? Thank Bertrand and Jany for letting us stay we had the best time.

A wonderful villa which is amazingly placed just outside kassiopi but a 10 minute walk into the town so also nice to be able to visit without getting into a car. We loved the small local beaches and tavernas and we hired a boat locally. It’s a wonderful spot and house with the wonderful Spiros and Dimitra helping us and Bertrand a phone call away for anything else! Could be better for a family trip with 3 young kids

Beautiful villa, wonderful location

We've stayed in Corfu about 15 times and this has to be the best yet! The villa is in the perfect location - quiet, not overlooked, incredible views and only a 10 minute walk to the harbour in Kassiopi. We didn't need a car and rented a boat for the holiday which meant we could visit all the beautiful bays along the coast for lunch and eat in or go into town in the evenings. The villa was as lovely as the pictures show - if not better! The bedrooms were very comfortable and all had sea views with balcony. Very high spec bathrooms with great showers. Great air con too! The pool area was fantastic with lots of places to relax and enjoy the views in or out of the sun. Needless to say, we will book again!!

Absolutely Fabulous!

We were delighted to find this villa available for our holiday. It is the best we have ever stayed in, it has been very well planned, has everything you can think of and it’s location is perfect. You have complete privacy with a view over the bay from the balcony, terrace or infinity pool and yet a few minutes walk into Kassiopi - which has everything you need, we hardly used the car. Snorkelling and swimming are on your doorstep and a choice of beaches within a few minutes walk, depending on what you want to do. We hired a boat in Kassiopi for a memorable day out which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Girls paddle boarded at Avlaki beach too which was great fun. We were sad to leave and return home and would definitely choose this villa again. We hope it will be available in the future! We were also very well looked after by Spiros, his son Mario and Dimitra who were lovely and very happy to help us. This villa is highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely Amazing

We saw a picture of a quaint bay from a lovely balcony and decided this would be ideal for our family holiday. What we didn't know from the pictures was the excellent quality of the property and the wonderful proximity to the lovely town/village of Kassiopi, Just a 10 minute stroll around the corner and we had sufficient shops, supermarkets and bars for a quiet relaxing holiday without being too quiet. There were no raucous night clubs (which would not have been ideal for our 9 year old) but plenty of restaurants and bars and a lovely harbor. The property itself had everything you could want, and a very high quality finish to all the interior fixings and exterior luxuries. Thank you.

Wonderful house

The house is perfectly located in Kassiopi in a quiet place, close to the center and to the beaches (5 minutes walk) The house is very well equiped, with state of the art Tv and sound system and A/C in every room. The pool is perfect for both kids and adults with 13m to swim We had wonderful time in Kassiopi and strongly recommand this house
