About this property

Fantastic 162 m² villa in Ericeira with two bedrooms, outdoor space and capacity for 5 people.
It has a living room with a sofa (which is a sofa bed), TV and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, washing machine dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Outside there is a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
It also has an iron, internet (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning and outdoor parking.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €200/month.
