A lovely house completely renovated and refurbished specifically for your holidays.

It has all the style and comfort you need to spend a fantastic time in one of the best surf spots in Portugal - Ericeira.

With access to a huge shared garden with swimming pool swings and games field children will be happy all the time (as adults!)

It has 3 cozy and comfortable rooms very well designed to make you sleep as an angel !.

In the ground flool there's the kithchen and living room open to the terrace and a wc with shower.

Upstairs there's the rooms and a bathroom.

Beautiful house in a good location

Although we arrived late, everything worked out great with the handover. The house is just like in the pictures, tastefully furnished, ideally located if you don't need to be in the centre of the town but appreciate ideal supply through supermarkets (Intermarché, Aldi, Lidl) in short distance, short way to the motorway etc. and top pizza stand in sight. The terrace is very secluded and you can have breakfast, dinner, barbecue etc. there in peace and quiet. It is a short walk through the garden to the leisure area with pool, you can't get any closer. The three of us spent two wonderful weeks here and, quite honestly, it was super clean when we arrived, great praise once again to the two young women who do the job. (and if you then recognise and find the second drawer in the cutlery drawer at the top (can take a few days), then you don't buy any additional cutlery). Important tip, we were certainly not the first to buy supplies, the multitude of knives and forks that are actually there suggest that others have already restocked here.

Perfect

Our stay at this property was everything I had hoped for - the location was great, easy parking, beautiful surroundings, a magnificent pool and a quiet residential neighbourhood. The house itself was cool and roomy, super comfortable beds and decent showers with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was very well equipped and we really appreciated the household items provided, washing liquids, dishwasher tablets etc. The little courtyard was perfect for our meals outside and the gardens back and front were well maintained. My daughter and I had a fabulous week and I would love to return with the whole family next year.

Great Location

The house itself is very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 4. The best part is its great location. Two minute drive to a great market, 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown Ericeira. Perfect walkiing town and beach with tons of good food, shopping, sites and entertainment. To be honest we only used the house as a place to sleep and shower after long days on the beach or driving the coast, or visiting the local attractions (the Palace of Mafra is amazing and so close). We would definitely stay again.

Prima locatie voor een paar nachten

Het is een sfeervol huis om een paar dagen te verblijven. Met name de woonkamer is knus ingericht. De rest van het huis is wat gedateerd. Het huis ligt in een rustige wijk. Je kan gebruikmaken van een zwembad. Deze is onverwarmd en mist wat comfortabele plekken om te zitten. Het huis zelf is er vochtig. Hierdoor is je kleding ik de ochtend wat klam. Mogelijk zou een airco dit probleem oplossen. Een auto is wel een must als je hier verblijft want het huis ligt heuvel op. En houdt er rekening mee dat je voor inchecken in de avond extra moet betalen
