Os armários dos quartos têm os cabides muito altos e não têm prateleiras ou gavetas. A casa é mais pequena do que parecia e tem poucos pratos e talheres e bancos para receber visitas

L'appartement est très très bien situé, vue superbe, parking voiture sécurisé dans résidence, la piscine payante de la résidence est très bien mais on peut regretter des extérieurs peu pratiques et surtout un équipement d'appartement très basique pour cuisiner. Il manquait des choses (comme une vrai cafetière-il y a un seulement un dolce gusto qui marche mal- ou un tire-bouchon ) que nous avons dû racheter.

Gute Lage, nachlässig gepflegt

Das Haus liegt in einer phantastischen Lage mit Blick auf den Antlantic. Bei unserer Anreise war eine Fensterjalousie defekt und ein Raum lag im Dunklen. Die Tür zum Bad und WC war nicht verschließbar. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer konnte ebenfalls nicht geschlossen werden. Wir mussten 2 Messer kaufen, um schneiden zu können. Die vorhandenen Bratpfannen waren nicht nutzbar. Auch hier mussten wir eine neue Pfanne und einen Topf für 4 Personen kaufen. Der Grill im Garten wird bald auseinander fallen. Die Mängel blieben wie sie waren. Nur die Jalousie wurde repariert. Es würde dem Haus gut tun, wenn der Hauseigentümer die Wohnung überprüfen und in Stand setzen würde. So wie es ist, wirkt es als würde die Wohnung langsam verfallen.

Perfect spot for surfers

Stayed in lovely Ericeira again with my family. We have two young boys (2 years old). The location is perfect, the view is amazing and it is right at the surfspot. Perfect for daddy's surfing ambitions.... But the place is divided in two floors, not so handy for young kids. The terrace in front only gets a little sun late afternoon (October) and the place really is quite 'run down'... very cheap and old furniture and a lot of moisture damage everywhere.... needs a serious update on in and outside. The owner of the place is friendly and helpfull though. Eventhough understandable, really a pity that the swimmingpool is closed off-season. Wouldn't go here again with my family. Maybe a nice and cheap option to book with surf friends.

Très agréable!

Avec cette vue imprenable sur le spot de surf de Matadouro, cette petite maison est idéale pour nos jeunes surfeurs. Fonctionnelle, bien équipée nous avons particulièrement apprécié les soirées barbecue sur la jolie terrasse. Les petits plus: le propriétaire parle réellement français, la résidence est gardée et calme, une piscine, des tennis, bref tout pour passer de bonnes vacances.
