Villa Mari Pili is a stunning property consisting of two adjoining villas, available exclusively for rent together, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. With a total of 6 double bedrooms, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests. All rooms have air-conditioning. Each villa has its own private entrance, three double bedrooms, cozy living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen in Villa Pili features a large dining table with 12 chairs, allowing all guests to enjoy meals together. Both villas have sliding doors that open onto the shared terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden, private pool, and barbecue area. Each villa′s terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, which can be combined for outdoor dining. Two awnings provide shade during sunny days, ensuring a comfortable outdoor experience.

Villa Pili is air-conditioned in the living room, offering a cool and refreshing space to relax. This property is ideal for those seeking a balance between togetherness and privacy.

Located just 150-200 meters from Cala Marsal, one of Mallorca′s most family-friendly beaches, Villa Mari Pili is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, sea, and unforgettable moments. The private garden includes a pool (8.5m x 4.5m), with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 2.20m, surrounded by lush green lawns and Mediterranean vegetation. Additionally, there are 10 sun loungers, 2 parasols, and an outdoor shower for added convenience.

The property offers multiple terraces with views of the pool and garden, ideal for outdoor dining. The barbecue house is perfect for grilling and enjoying al fresco meals with friends and family in this gorgeous Mediterranean setting.

Booking Conditions and Arrival:

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required.

Upon arrival, guests will need to pay a 600 € deposit in cash or with a credit card, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that the house is left in the agreed-upon condition.

After checking the meter, the deposit for the electricity used will be charged (only if agreed upon at the time of rental).

Parking: Outdoor parking is available on the street in front of the house, no reservation required.

Upon prior request, we offer one crib and one high chair free of charge.

The second crib costs 15 € per day.

In rooms where an extra bed can be added (subject to availability), the cost will be 38 € per day (only if agreed upon at the time of rental).

Additional Notes

A few days before your arrival, it is necessary to contact the reception agency to inform them of your arrival schedule (flight/boat number) and to organize the key pickup.

Once at the destination, please contact us by phone and head directly to the accommodation or the previously agreed meeting point.

The reception office will contact you to confirm the time and place for key pickup.

Arrival outside reception hours:

a) Keys will be left in a security box. Any remaining amount, if applicable, must be paid the following day to the reception agency.
b) If there is no security box, please arrange for late arrival with the agency. A late arrival fee will be payable in cash upon arrival.
Late check-in after 23:00: Cost of 30 €.

If a late check-out is possible, the cost will be 50 € until 13:00 and 90 € before 17:00.

During low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please contact the agency to agree on specific hours.

Attention!

Since July 2016, the government has implemented a tourist tax (ecotax):

2.20 € per night per person for the first 8 days. Thereafter, 1.10 € per night per person. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years old.
This amount must be paid to the agency upon arrival.
