Charming and bright apartment in a historic building a few steps from the port of Genoa.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator, opens onto the living area, which consists of an open space with a double sofa bed, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, refrigerator and freezer, large sink, kettle and juicer. The bathroom with shower is followed by the bedroom with a queen-size bed, armchair and chest of drawers. All rooms have large windows that make the environment bright and cozy.

Amenities such as washing machine, Wi-fi connection, air conditioning in the whole accommodation and central heating will be at guests’ disposal.

*On the third floor of the building there is also a modern and beautiful common area decorated with stuccoes and frescoes, with sport equipment such as weight benches and tapis roulants, a space equipped for remote work with internet access and workstations, as well as a terrace.
