The apartment is located in a strategic area, among the most central and quiet of Genoa, in the heart of the historic antique borough.
It is very close to the Brignole railway station, the Metro, the bus stop and the departure of the tourist buses to visit the city in the open air. The Genova Est motorway tollgate is easily reachable.
The accommodation is independent and completely renovated. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with open kitchen, balcony, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and second bedroom with double bed, closet; it is equipped with an independent heating and air conditioning system for maximum comfort
It’s in a largely sunny position, with a balcony and views from all the rooms. It can comfortably accommodate 3 people and, up to 4, with a comfortable bed that can be opened.
It is located on the fourth floor without a lift, accessible from the main street of the villaborough with a comfortable, typical Genovese internal staircase.
The area is well served and convenient base for visiting the city on foot; ideal for a holiday or a business trip.
The neighborhood is very characteristic, animated by taverns and shops. Located in the heart of Genova, in a few minutes you can reach the historic center and the ancient port with the Aquarium and, with a walk, the beautiful waterfront of Corso Italia.
Not far away there is a supermarket open 7/7 and 24h, a pharmacy and other services.

Great experience

It was an overall really nice experience. The flat is clean and has everything you need. The location is great and the communication with the host was perfect. We couldn’t check in until 5pm which was a little upsetting but no big problem. The only issue we had was the balcony. It’s directly at a big street and not really usable. On the pictures you can’t see this but the balcony is not really possible to use because of the street noise. Everything else was perfect.

Appartement propre et bien situé pour les transports

Petit appartement propre idéal pour 3 personnes et avec la clim. Très bien situé pour les transports, métro et train à 2 pas (station Brigonle). Hotesse réactive par message et arrivée-départ faciles avec la boite à clefs. Déception au niveau du balcon, un de nos critères de départ, finalement non utilisé car donnant sur une route bruyante à qqs mètres seulement des véhicules passant rapidement (un peu de bruit dc aussi la nuit). Et petit manque d’équipement pr la cuisine par rapport à d’habitude (manque de condiments, un seul torchon, peu de vaisselle et accessoires de cuisson). Très bien donc pr quelques jours mais pas plus d’une semaine.

we had a very good stay at Sandra's, the apartment was clean and very well located, right next to the train station which connects all the towns in the region, we were able to visit the whole ligurian coast moreover Sandra is very responsive and accommodating ! the only downside is that the terrace is located in the street and the constant noise prevents you from enjoying it

Sandra è stata veramente cortese, puntuale e precisa, check-in impeccabile. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, vicinissimo al centro e accanto alla stazione di Brignole e alla Metro. E’ nuovo, finemente arredato e completo di tutto, anche la vista e la luce sono apprezzabili. Io e mia moglie siamo stati molto bene, lo consigliamo.
