A very good time in a very good house

In the middle of Genova a nice house. Enrico and his wife explained a lot of Genova; that helped us, to find quick the best places in our first visit in this city. The house is quite, nevertheless near to the several evelators, which brings you for free in different parts of the town. We did not need our car during this week and had a interessing week in Genova.

La maison est trÚs bien située et trÚs calme. Elle est bien décorée, nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour. Le propriétaire est trÚs réactif. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

TrĂšs bien

Petite maison trĂšs bien placĂ©e pour dĂ©couvrir GĂȘnes sans voiture. Enrico est trĂšs accueillant et de trĂšs bon conseil. Le seul petit bĂ©mol : il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop grosse pour accĂ©der au parking.Nous retournerons sans problĂšme.

Petite maison typique, quartier calme.

Enrico est disponible et charmant. La maisonnette est confortable, calme et bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’une place de parking. La rue d’accĂšs est Ă©troite et pentue, en voiture, mais praticable, cela vous plonge directement dans l’ambiance de la ville! et Enrico est lĂ  pour vous aider.

Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen

Dank des unkomplizierten und zuvorkommenden Empfangs unseres Gastgebers fĂŒhlten wir uns im gemĂŒtlich eingerichteten HĂ€uschen sofort wohl und kamen nach ausgedehnten StreifzĂŒgen durch die interessante und spannende Stadt jeweils gerne zurĂŒck. Zu Fuss mit Lift oder Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Lovely cottage in nice area

The cottage is perfect for 2 people. Clean and located high above Genoa in a nice area. Enrico was easy to contact and helpful and the cottage was clean. And well stocked Downside was the parking. There was a reserved space but the gated entrance was very narrow (less than an inch either side of the car to spare) so unfortunately we scraped our Mercedes.

Lovely little cottage

This was a lovely, little, stand-alone house, originally renovated for family use, now rented out. It is very clean, comfy, with a homelike atmosphere, and very private. It provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a little garden where you can sit outside and overlook the valley. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars, is because the house is located halfway down a steep narrow street, and also has steep stairs inside, so would not be suitable for someone with mobility problems or very young children. Otherwise I highly recommend it. My thanks to Enrico and his wife for their help and hospitality.

Gute Lage fĂŒr StĂ€dtetour

Wir waren 3 NĂ€chte in dem Haus. Die Lage ist top, der Aufzug in die Stadt 200 m entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und völlig ausreichend fĂŒr einen StĂ€dtetrip. Lediglich die Terrasse ist immer mit Vogeldreck ĂŒberzogen, da wĂ€re ein dichtes Dach nötig. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist abenteuerlich und nur mit kleinem Pkw möglich. Wir haben deshalb ein Parkhaus benötigt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Kleines gemĂŒtliches Haus, mitten in der Stadt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen HĂ€uscchen, mitten in der Stadt, sehr genossen. Man wohnt sehr ruhig und gemĂŒtlich. Enrico ist eine sehr netter Gastgeber und beantwortet alle Fragen. Wir bekamen auch Tipps fĂŒr die Stadt.

Just cool

We spent ten nights in this fabulous small house with a lot of marble and air conditioning, which was not just great but absolutely marvelous in Genoas summer heat. The neighbourhood is very mountainous but offers some spectacular views over the city - and is easy to reach thanks to all the free elevators in town. In the nearest surrounding are a lot of very nice restaurants and a 24/7 supermarket. The historic city center and the harbour are easy to reach by foot in a couple of minutes downstairs. We had a great time in this superb city - thank you Enrico for your hospitality and especially for the tip to go to the beach at San Fruttuoso!

Amazing!

We stayed one week in the apartment and it was just perfect. Genoa is a beautiful city to visit and also the perfect place to go on daily trips to the Cinque terre or Portofino for example. The apartment is five minutes away from the historical centre of Genoa, wich you can reach with two lifts, and placed on a hill where the view at the city is spectacular. Enrico received us very kindly and the apartment had everything we needed.

Well-designed house in a quiet neighbourhood

The house is bigger from the inside than from the outside. :-) We loved the well equipped kitchen and the tasteful interior. The next Carrefour is just a few minutes away. To reach the city center, one can either walk down through the typical narrow streets and stairs or take one of the elevators. We fully enjoyed our week in the house - highly recommended.

Nett!

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem kleinen HĂ€uschen von Enrico. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Stadt und doch ist alles total ruhig. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, auch die Kommunikation mit Enrico war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Einziger Kritikpunkt an dem Haus: Keine Moskitonetze. Einziger Kritikpunkt am Gesamtobjekt: Der mitvermietete Parkplatz wird von Scooterfahrern eingeparkt, die dort lt. Enrico nicht stehen dĂŒrfen. Leider haben diese oder dieser Scooterfahrer mein Auto an mehreren Stellen beim Aus- oder Einparken ihrer Scooter beschĂ€digt. Sehr Ă€rgerlich, daher 1 Punkt Abzug. Enrico sollte dafĂŒr sorgen, dass die da nicht mehr stehen.

Ferienhaus Genua

Das kleine aber schöne Haus mitten im Centrum von Genua aber in einem schönen ruhigen Virtel gelegen hat alles was man braucht.Man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.Mit einem grĂ¶ĂŸerem Auto ist die Einfahrt schwierig.Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und haben nichts vermisst.
