The penthouse consists of an open space of 60sqm with a bedroom and a living room, private bathroom and a private panoramic terrace.
Eating meals alfresco is one of the great pleasures of warm weather, and a beautifully appointed space only heightens the experience. You will be in charge of preparing your own breakfast in the new 'patio-kitchen', surrounded by the panorama!
On demand, you can reserve a parking next to the BeB, at the price of € 10 a day.
We are close to the center of Genoa and you walk everywhere.
You can also reach in 1 hour by train '5 terre' to spend the day there.

Available the library, free wifi connection, air conditioning, paddle fan, water boiler, hairdryer, iron on request.

From the experience of these years of B&B, and the pleasure of our guests to live open-air, we have developed a new space of indoor-outdoor conviviality: a terrace lounge, exclusive for you, with sliding windows and cooking area, enjoying the breathtaking view of Genoa.

Availability of parking space, motorbike or bicycle, in a garage under the house for € 10 day.

Children are welcome. Availability of weekend cot for under 3, and babysitting.

3 day family stay in Genoa

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Genua Domus penthouse. The panoramic roof terrace with the pergola was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and a perfect spot for relaxing and dining outdoors. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and equipped with what you need for a short stay making it ideal for our family of four. The location was convenient, 15-20 minute walk to most local attractions. We highly recommend this penthouse for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Genoa.

Stunning terrace

We stayed here for a week, as a couple. We wanted somewhere close enough to walk towards the historic centre (15-20 mins) but prioritised outdoor space for relaxation.The apartment was bright, airy and clean with plenty of space indoors, and really beautiful decor. The terrace lived up to expectations from the photos - absolutely stunning! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the terrace, admiring the views, and eating out evening meals (cooked in the small kitchen, or takeaway pizza from 5 mins walk away).The apartment is very conveniently located for groceries (5 mins) and also public transport links.Consuelo was really helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Très grand studio avec une vue bluffante sur une partie de Gênes depuis une très grande terrasse. Consuelo réagit très vite aux demandes ou aux tracas éventuels. Déco sympa et linge de qualité.A noter que la kitchenette est minuscule et dans la véranda, donc pas simple pour faire les repas où la vaisselle. La literie du grand lit mériterait d'être renouvelée mais pas une catastrophe non plus.Côté pratique, bus au pied de l'immeuble ou feniculaire à 2 minutes qui amènent au centre ville.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in zentraler

Die Wohnung mit ihrer grandiosen Dachterrasse liegt super zentral, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da es sich nur um einen Raum handelt, ist die Wohnung für ein Paar - oder wie bei uns Mutter-Tochter - genau richtig. Wer auf Privatsphäre verzichten mag, für den gibt es zusätzlich auch noch zwei Sofas. Gekocht haben wir nicht, dafür ist die Outdoorküche auch nicht unbedingt ausgelegt. Ein schönes Frühstück kann man da aber durchaus zaubern! Das Bad ist klein und schon recht abgewohnt, das ist eigentlich unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Hier könnte man vielleicht mal die Fugen erneuern oder den Duschkopf ersetzen, dann wäre schon viel erreicht. Die Klimaanlage haben wir genutzt, allerdings hilft sie nur, wenn sie an ist, der Raum ist wahrscheinlich einfach zu groß und hält die Kühle nicht lange, sobald man das Gerät ausschaltet. Consuelo war sehr hilfsbereit, auf dem Tisch lagen Kartenmaterial und Essensempfehlungen für uns bereit. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte unbedingt den Garagenplatz mitbuchen! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Genua sehr genossen und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
