Piazza De Ferrari, Genoa’s main square, Via Garibaldi and Palazzo Ducale, are at 300 meters, St. Lawrence Cathedral and the Old Port (from where leave boats to Cinque Terre and Portofino) are at 600 meters. Very luxury neighbourhood embedded in the old town. Metro station and bus stop are just behind the corner. Both Genova Principe and Brignole train stations can be reached with a short walk. Parking facilities (charges are applied). Supermarkets, shopping area, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. The building is served by an elevator, something not so common in a mediaeval city (note however a small flight of stairs is not served by the lift).
