Old Genoa Apartment- Superior facing the Aquarium

Apartment located on the main floor of Palazzo Cambiaso, historical residence of the thirteenth century.
We are in front of the Aquarium, in a strategic position to visit the Genoese historic center, the Sea Museum, the Old Port. Very high windows with marble balconies, Genoese marble floors from the 1700s.
The two double bedrooms are equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and heating programmable at the desired temperature. The large living room has a six-meter high ceiling with period wooden beams, a kitchenette, table, armchair, sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with a microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine with a large selection of tea and herbal teas. Bed linen and towels, toilet products and hair dryers are included. Midweek cleaning service included. Tv and free wi-fi.

Genoa visit

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable and well-appointed. The owner, Sonia, was accommodating and very responsive to our requests and inquiries. We also loved the location which was in the heart of the old city and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We would stay here again.

Nice place - loved the layout, architecture and charm. Great location but right in the middle of a busy area so may be a bit loud for some. Apartment could use a bit more storage - shelves, hooks etc in the bathroom. A couple of spots on the floor could use touching up but otherwise really nice. We enjoyed this apartment a lot and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Genoa Center

We arrived at noon on our check in date and were told we would be allowed to come in upon arrival .Our driver found the address and unloaded our luggage. However we were not met by anyone and had no key. Nor did we have a telephone number to call or text.The driver finally got someone to answer the ring and the entrance door was unlocked. This is a lovely palazzo converted into numerous apartments and someone showed us to our apartment and handed us the keys. Our apartment was lovely and spacious. We were very pleased with our three night stay in Genoa and loved the location. It was vey warm at night and we contacted the host (whom we never met) and received a replay that the air conditioning was not turned on yet! We had no cool air and had to leave the tall doors open for a breeze during the day. It was too loud at night to sleep with our windows open so we were really uncomfortable. Yes,I would definitely stay here again and loved being in a 13th century palace surrounded by so much history.
