Flat in open space format, with good natural light, functional, with a contemporary and artistic decoration, ideal for a business or leisure travel context. It offers all the comfort and convenience for a pleasant stay, providing different areas in the same space: living area, TV with cable channels, equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and double bed. Maximum capacity for 2 persons.

AREA
The building has a common entrance to all the properties and is located in Rua da Carreira, one of the main arteries of Funchal. From this property you will be able to know and visit on foot the main points of interest of the capital of Madeira Island. It is close to restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Marina of Funchal and Municipal Theatre.
In the city centre there is plenty of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

You have access to all areas of the property.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Perfect

Very beautiful flat with top of the line appliances and modern shower. We enjoyed our stay every second and the staff is very easy to communicate with around the clock incase of Problems. Definitely recommended

Lovely place to stay

We loved everything, the one thing I would like to say about cleaning, glass doors in shower and carpets in apartments can be cleaned with a little bit more of attention. But , anyway, it’s a very good place to stay in, and I’m sure we’ll come back next year. Great communication. Thank you very much

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhig, aber mittendrin. Lichtdurchflutet, mit hellen Farben eingerichtet hat das Apartment eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Zusätzlich zum Balkon gibt es eine Dachterrasse. Wer sich über eine kleine Außenstiege wagt genießt einen wundervollen Ausblick. Mit PKW unterwegs? In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Tiefgaragen. Sehr praktisch war für uns der Waschtrockner. Jeweils nach einer Woche erfolgt eine Reinigung. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, für alle, die die Nähe von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten schätzen.
