Great location and as expected
We enjoyed the stay and had no problems. Our after-hours check-in process got me neverous since we had to pick up keys from a nearby location in Pimlico, but it worked on a Saturday late evening. The flat was spacious, had sufficient amenities, and everything was serviceable. Yes you can knit-pick, but overall we were very satisfied. There are few options in Chelsea, and this location was great.
THE PROPERTY IS IN A HIGH END NEIGHBORHOOD. QUIET AND EASY TO FIND UBER OR CAB. LOVELY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. APT WAS VERY CLEAN AND FRESH BEDS AND TOWELS. NO PROBLEM WITH WIFI. WE HAD NETFLIX. NO PROBLEM WITH NEIGHBORS.
FRESHLY PAINTED. IF YOU NEED ALL ON ONE FLOOR WITH ACCESS FROM LIFT, THIS IS YOUR GEM. WONDERFUL PROPERTY AND VACATION!!

good property, tainted by inaccurate listing
property location was excellent, 1/2 block from the river and Albert bridge.
Our check-in was smooth but, the stay was disappointing by the lack of any wifi service for 5 adults with active family and business communications.
The booking listing clearly stated wifi service and included a designated network link. Password never worked and manager on the phone acknowledged they knew the wifi was not active and suggested we purchase a Sim card for each member of our party. We incurred extra phone charges of at least 50$/day.
My review of this apartment is mixed. The location was great. Close to great restaurants & awesome shopping, easy to get on Uber Clipper & perfect walkability. However, I found the check-in to be awkward. We were not provided the actual address (despite my asking beforehand) until we landed. Then we had to be at the apartment within a certain time frame or we were told we would be assessed penalty fees (this is not disclosed in the listing), and we had to meet with someone other than the owner, who also took a photo of my ID without my permission. While we were there, we were told by the residents of the building that the apartment is an illegal rental as it has exceeded the number of days allowable for rental. They posted a copy of a letter in the lift. While the residents were friendly, it made us very uncomfortable in staying there.
As for the apartment itself - it was good but has obvious wear & tear. One shower was missing the complete door. One shower did not have a covered knob, so water also sprayed out and reduced water pressure. Two of the doors (to the smaller bedrooms) did not close. Also, other than basic kitchen items, little was provided. There is no clothes dryer as indicated in the listing - it is a rack on which to air dry your clothes.
All in all, the apartment provided us a great location to have our London vacation. But it is clear that the apartment is a commercial rental unit with a lot of use.

However, we apologize for any inconvenience and discomfort caused during the check-in process. We strive to provide clear and transparent communication, and we apologize if there was any confusion regarding the address and check-in requirements. We understand your concerns about the photo of your ID, According to the company Policy, it's mandatory to check your ID. we will delete all your ID records after your check-out.
Regarding the residents' claims about the apartment being an illegal rental, Our team had a conversation with neighbors. We continually strive to maintain our properties and address any necessary repairs promptly. Your feedback has been duly noted, and we will take steps to improve the condition of the shower
We arrived well past check-in and met a very flustered "property manager". There was a dishwasher full of dishes and a washer full of wet towels. She told me she didn't know how to work the dryer part of the combo, so I should just hang the towels over the furniture to dry! No instructions left for us; wi-fi didn't work; there were holes in the furniture; what I thought was a closet was filled with construction debris; we were accosted by the neighbors who told us the apartment was being rented out illegally and who began yelling at the property manager because the prior guests had vomited in the elevator; there were no towels to use as they were all wet and still in the washer; the windows were all open so the apartment was full of flies. We had met friends for dinner and returned around midnight and, at that point, decided that we could not stay there and left and went to a hotel that cost me over $1,000. We didn't even unpack our suitcases, yet when I let the property manager know we were leaving and why, she gave me all kinds of excuses. Then the owner asked me to cancel the reservation so they could rent it out to someone else. I told them I took photos of the apartment and had documented everything and expected a full refund. Then he accused me of "black mailing" him! He told me that since we left after midnight, we had stayed in the apartment for a night and, if I cancelled, then he would refund a night for me. I haven't received anything.
Great location - would stay there again.
Easy to navigate in the city.
London was a blast!
