The neighborhood:
La Latina is a lively neighborhood situated on the grounds of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudejar tower, are two of the neighborhood's landmarks. On Sundays, both the El Rastro market and the cafeterias and street food stalls in the area are packed with visitors.

Apartment:

This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. It has 4 spacious rooms with very comfortable double beds.
Entering, there is a modern living room integrated with a dining room and the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, an induction hob and everything you need to cook. It has two complete bathrooms with shower. The living room also has access to a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs, where you can have a coffee.

There is Wi-Fi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms and living room of the apartment.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property, the hours during the heating months will be from 13:00h to 23:00h.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate General (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
