Located on a very quiet street, it is a third floor in a small building without a lift.
This two-storey attic with terrace is truly impeccable. With capacity for 10 people, it has 4 private bedrooms located on the upper floor, of which 2 have a double bed and the other two have 2 single beds each.
In the apartment there are 3 full bathrooms with shower. All on the ground floor, distributed between two large spaces: a spacious living room and a kitchen with dining area.
The renovation of the apartment has been a great success: specially designed for the comfort of the 10 guests, it has created spacious, bright and pleasant spaces.
The decoration has been thought out down to the smallest detail and has been adapted to the latest design trends: mixing furniture inspired by retro eras, a variety of colours and original antique pieces, as well as colourful modern art on the walls.
The jewel of the apartment is the terrace, very large, with furniture in the shade and furniture in the sun. It has a fantastic orientation, with sun practically all day until the afternoon.
