Apartment in La Latina, one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Madrid

Its streets are full of life and charming restaurants offering all kinds of high quality cuisine, from traditional Spanish food to creative and modern dishes. It is packed with tourist attractions, such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor, the Puerta del Sol (whose famous clock chimes in the New Year), as well as many museums (Museo Reina Sofía, Museo del Prado , Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum), cinemas and theaters, just a part of the wide cultural offer of the city.
This magnificent apartment is located in a building from the 50s that has been completely renovated to combine original elements with modern touches. Each unit also has central air conditioning.

The NoMad 2 apartment is a modern 93 m2 three-bedroom apartment that can comfortably sleep seven. The main bedroom has a double bed; another bedroom has two single beds; and the remaining bedroom has a single bed. There are hard-wearing porcelains floors throughout and air conditioning in every room.
There are two bathrooms, both with built-in showers and clad with colourful cement tiles to give them a classic air that sets off the modern touches. In the living-dining room there is a table that seats six and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you’ll need for a perfect stay (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and glass-ceramic hob).

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
