Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all comforts.The apartment:The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of a beautiful renovated building equipped with a spacious and modern lift. Decorated with design furniture inspired by the 1950s and well-chosen iconic piece replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning controlled by home automation in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The vibrant colours of the decoration, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, bring warmth to the environment.With capacity for 8 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a large double bed, private bathroom and window overlooking the patio; the second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the inner terrace. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes.The dining room has direct access to the inner terrace and is equipped with two double sofa beds. The independent kitchen has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.A bathroom has a large shower and another has a comfortable bathtub.The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.To be taken into account:Works will be carried out in the storage rooms of the building, this will affect the apartments to the least possible extent. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT).
