Nicely updated apartment in a great location! Only a few blocks from Plaza España (park, playground, and a major metro stop). Walkable to Gran Via. We loved the updated kitchen and showers! There was some construction at the building across the street and the trash comes at 11:30 PM which was very loud but we had earplugs. We appreciated the extra towels, sheets and pillows! And the washer drier. Would stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment in Madrid. The apartment is attractive, comfortable, and well equipped. The kitchen has nice appliances and everything needed for a pleasant stay, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was particularly convenient. The location is excellent, in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and activity all around. There is also a small grocery store just a short walk away, which was very handy. The second and third bedrooms are quite small, but that’s understandable in a major city like Madrid. The showers could benefit from some fresh silicone caulking, although they otherwise worked perfectly well. The one area where we feel there is room for improvement is the check-in process. We were a group of seven adults and a baby, and upon arrival, after a long day of travelling, we had to manually register each guest, providing home addresses, passport details, phone numbers, and other information. We completely understand that this information is legally required, but the process took about half an hour. At another apartment we stayed in during the same trip, in Seville, all this information was submitted through an online portal before arrival, making check-in much quicker and easier. We would strongly recommend implementing a similar pre-registration system, with just a quick verification upon arrival.Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.
