The apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center, the most beautiful and charming part of the city where you can still take in some of Madrid's traditional atmosphere around its streets, houses and some traditional shops. Just a few steps from the Plaza Mayor, in an area with some of the most important monuments in Madrid, full of terraces where you can enjoy Spanish tapas in the sun and watch visitors from all countries walk by.

The Apartment:

The apartment has exquisite decor in the latest trends, and offers pleasant, warm spaces with lots of color, combining all kinds of materials and styles both in furniture as well as with decorative items such as lamps, rugs, objects, and pictures.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep six people. Perfect for a pleasant and affordable stay. The bedrooms are equipped with a Spanish standard size double bed and two single beds respectively. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room that converts into a double bed.
Every detail in each and every room has been carefully chosen so that guests staying in this apartment feel at home. The apartment faces northwest and therefore is very cool in the summer and has fans to keep everyone comfortable. It also has internet access and all necessary mod cons. Certainly a great choice.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 150 meters.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
