The apartment is located in the heart of the historic city centre, the most beautiful and charming area, where the airs of old Madrid are still breathed in its streets, houses and some of its old shops. Just a few metres walking from Plaza Mayor, one of the most important monumental areas of Madrid, full of terraces where you can enjoy typical Spanish tapas in the sun and observe any of the different types of passers-by from all nationalities.

With exquisite decoration in line with the latest trends. Looking for pleasant and warm spaces with lots of colour, combining all types of materials and styles in both furniture and decorative elements such as lamps, rugs, objects, or paintings.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 people. Perfect for a pleasant and economical stay. The bedrooms have been equipped, one with a standard double bed and another with 2 single beds. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room that converts into a double bed.
All details of each room have been carefully chosen so that the occupants of this apartment feel at home. The apartment has a northwest orientation which makes it very cool and with the fans it has, it is more than enough. Equipped with internet, and all necessary amenities. Without a doubt a great choice. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 150 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
The apartment does not have air conditioning.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
