Plaza Major Suites - Puerta de Europa. Best accommodation.
The pre- information we received via video and messages through what’s app. Exceptional communication. Everything is provided. Very secure. Perfect location close to Plaza Major. We enjoyed the complimentary small sweet treats on arrival and complimentary teas and coffee. Airport transfer offered at reasonable price.

Great location close to everything that we wanted to see and easy to walk everywhere Good atmosphere but sound proof when closed the veranda doors Owners were easy to contact and checked in that everything was in order and even left us a surprise treat in the fridge Would recommend staying

Amazing location! Highly recommend!
We have travelled to over 20 countries around the world and we kept saying how this location is one of the best we ever have had. I think it’s best for families with older kids if you are traveling with a family. The service is excellent and extremely responsive. They helped us with transportation to the airport and any questions we had. All I can say is, I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
It’s in the city center so can be loud throughout the night. It’s also quite small but has everything you need to make some meals and very close to grocery and shopping.

The location is perfect. It is really to cloose to Plaza Mayor. The apartment is also close to subway from airport. You could reach to the aparment with 5 min walk from subway station. The host is very helpful and friendly. I am sure that, if we will visit Madrid again we will stay at PlazaMayor Suites

El trato y la comunicación han sido excelentes , preocupándose desde semanas antes a la llegada , días antes y durante todo el alojamiento . Habitación impecable , muy completa con todos los utensilios necesarios para una estancia ideal , limpia y cálida . . Muy cerca de todo andando , parada de metro y de transporte al lado del alojamiento . Te gestionan las reservas con el taxi para los traslados al aeropuerto , eso es genial cuando sobre todo vas por primera vez . Destacar y dar las gracias por los detalles de bienvenida que nos dejaron , mil gracias por la atención y por la calidad humana . Ha sido una experiencia genial !

El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado en el centro de Madrid. La calle en la que esta ubicada apenas hemos oido ruidos durante la noche. Si eres muy exquisito llevate unos tapones, pero no es un ruido que no permita dormir o no tengas en tu casa Estaba bastante limpio. Repetiremos experiencia

El apartamento de Cèsar Raúl es perfecto. Hemos estado estupendamente con nuestro peqeño. Apartamento bonito (moderno, con techos altos y con un balconcito muy cuco). Todo funciona correctamente. Instalaciones nuevas. Cocina completa. Hace calorcito. Todo muy limpio. Muy tranquilo la insonorización es excelente, no se oía nada la calle. El dormitorio y el salón/cocina no estàn separados por una puerta, pero no nos influyó en la comodidad y descanso. Sofà-cama y cama, muy cómodos. Ubicación excelente a 2 minutos andando de la Plaza Mayor. Zona muy segura y bonita. Anfitriones encantadores, siempre atentos por si necesitàbamos algo. Y muy detallistas, se nota que se preocupan por el cliente. Nos dejaron unos detalles estupendos de cortesía y nos dejaron acceder antes al apartamento fueron muy amables. Muchas, muchas gracias por TODO. Volveremos seguro!!:-)
