A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.It was inaugurated in March 2024.The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Perfect Madrid Stay

Perfectly situated near all the tapa bars on Cava Baja. Supermarket just round the corner. Some people may not like the noise outside on an evening but we didnt find it a problem at all.

Great stay at CavaBaja

Such a wonderful layout for an apartment. We had plenty of space, a couch, kitchen, and nice windows/balcony. The staff are tremendously accommodating and went the extra mile to be helpful and kind. I highly recommend CavaBaja. There's not much to not like, other than the noise from the floor above was a bit much at times, but other than that all was well..

Great location and very attentive!

On a quiet but relatively central street. We let them know this was our first stop on our honeymoon and we got some extra little chocolates and some champagne! Extremely attentive and helpful even when our flight got canceled and we made it a day later than expected!

Great spot for central Madrid

Great spot for central Madrid. Everything was perfect. The only issue is you can hear the hallway from the bed and so sometimes people get out of the elevatorgo up and down the stairs and you hear them. But I barely noticed it.

I would stay here again!

The apartment was so cute and clean! I loved the balcony. I loved the location. The shower works amazing. I loved that we had some little treats left for us in the fridge! So nice after 18 hours of travel. The communication was TOP NOTCH! I was worried about staying in a place where I didn't know the language but it was NO PROBLEM. I would tell EVERYONE to stay here!

Ma la vera forza dell' appartamento è sia la posizione in centro che permette di visitare la città comodamente a piedi e sia il servizio offerto dall' host. Via wapp ho sempre avuto una persona a mia disposizione per ogni necessità, prenotandomi anche il servizio transfer da/per l' aeroporto a prezzo fisso contenuto. Anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo dell' appartamento lo trovo onesto per essere in centro città. Consiglio assolutamente! Nulla

Insuperable!

Excelente todo. Superó nuestras expectativas ampliamente. El apartamento super equipado, cafetera, hornito, plancha, secador de pelo, wifi. El sillón cama básicamente es una cama en cuanto a comodidad, literal. El baño impecable y el agua de la ducha funcionando perfectamente. En cuanto a la zona, el que ya estuvo en Madrid sabe que es la mejor. Nos fuimos caminando a todos lados! Hasta nos dejaron cositas de cortesía. Volvería sin pensarlo. Estuvimos con las chicas un rato pensando qué podíamos aportar para mejorar… no se nos ocurrió nada.

Posizione ottima, centrale con tanti locali e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze. Si possono raggiungere a piedi molti punti di attrazione della città e comunque zona ben servita anche dai mezzi pubblici. Appartamento pulito e confortevole con tutto l'occorrente. Forse un po' piccolo per 4 adulti. Consiglio qualche appendino in più in bagno per asciugamani

201 - Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Die Lage perfekt. Es gab alles was man braucht. Wenn man die Fenster zugemacht hat, war es im Teil des Zimmers wo das Bett liegt sehr leise. (Ich bin sehr Geräusch-sensibel und sogar für mich war super). Das Schlafsofa war auch bequem, dort hat man bisschen von dem Lärm gehört aber nicht störend. Check in war sehr leicht. Würde 100% wieder buchen.
