Echegaray III apartment in Madrid

This property is located a few meters from Plaza de Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol, in a pedestrian area where walking will be a real delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park are just a few minutes' walk away.

This area offers a wide culinary offer, as well as many leisure and shopping options. Well connected to any area of the city.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building equipped with an elevator and with access for the disabled.
It can accommodate 8 people and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious and welcoming, it has all the amenities to ensure maximum comfort.

The master bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite marble bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe where you can store all your belongings. The third bedroom is equipped with a 150 cm double bed.

All these rooms overlook an interior patio, to ensure relaxation.
The kitchen is separate from the rest of the rooms, thus providing comfort and tranquility to guests and has a large pantry.
The living room has an outdoor balcony and has two sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed, and a nice dining table.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms.
The crib is subject to availability. Please let us know at most 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will take place at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will take place in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

To keep in mind:

Work will be carried out on the building's storage rooms until further notice. This will affect the floors as little as possible, sorry for the inconvenience.

Important: For reservations of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental agreement will need to be signed.


Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or electric vehicle. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
