This was a perfect family apartment- we have two teenagers. It was ideally located, clean, and the beds were really comfortable. There is an ongoing construction project in front of the building but it didn’t bother us at all. You can’t hear any construction from the bedrooms and it was barely noticeable in the living room. We will absolutely stay here next time we’re in Madrid.

Stayed here with my family of 5. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the separate bedrooms and the big sofa. There is major construction right outside the window but the noise was not terrible. We visited for new years week, so there was no reason to have the windows open. Oh and as a plus, there is a lift which made it easy to get our wheel chair up to the flat.Picking up the keys was easy, and good instructions are provided.The kitchen is modern, and was used daily, and very functional. I would suggest getting new pans as only one pan was usable. The pots were fine. We cooked 5 dinners during our stay.Side note: Alessio, runs the Italian restaurant downstairs, is very nice and his cheesecake is AMAZING. It felt like everything is a good walk from this location, but we did not mind.We all would recommend others to rent this location.

Very convenient location to the train/metro station and can walk to many other places. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We had a nice stay as a family of 5!There is construction on the street outside that continues day and night, but the sound didn’t bother our sleeping.
