With ideal balconies overlooking the iconic Plaza Santa Ana, the apartment presents plenty of light, warmth and freshness throughout the day. It has 3 spacious rooms with a comfortable double bed each and two comfortable and spacious bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The large living room has a comfortable double sofa-bed, two armchairs in a modern and minimalist style, and a television. The modern kitchen, for its part, has a perfect size to share with the family, it is fully equipped and has a large window that provides light and freshness.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with an elevator.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: With the aim of a good coexistence and respect for the neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 to be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIt House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
