The Apartment

With ideal balconies overlooking the iconic Santa Ana Square, the flat presents plenty of light, warmth and freshness throughout the day. It features 3 spacious bedrooms with a comfortable double bed each and two comfortable and spacious bathrooms: one with a bathtub and another with a shower.

The extensive living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, two modern and minimalist style armchairs and a television. The modern kitchen, for its part, has a perfect size for sharing with family, is fully equipped and has a large window that provides light and freshness.

The apartment is located on a fourth floor with a lift.

Air conditioning only in the living room.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.



To be taken into account:

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.



The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
