Steeped in culture and history, very close to the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, ICO Art and Architecture Exhibitions Museum, Círculo de Bellas Artes and, of course, the Cibeles fountain, Cortes is one of the most traditional neighbourhoods in the city, just a few metres from the Banco de España and Sevilla metro stations.



The apartment:



This bright and comfortable apartment is located in a completely renovated building with a lift, has a surface area of 200 m², and has a capacity for 9 people.



It has four bedrooms, the main bedroom with a King size bed, two bedrooms with two single beds in each one and another bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a single sofa bed. In total there are 3 full bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite in the main bedroom.



Upon entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa and a nice seating area next to a dining room, with the kitchen separate from the living room, equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking less than 200 metres from the apartment.



Things to note:



We inform you that due to works being carried out by the Town Council on Calle Madrazo, this street remains closed to traffic. Likewise, construction work is being carried out on a building in the vicinity of the accommodation, which could result in some noise from such works.



The works will remain active until further notice. We greatly appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience these circumstances may cause.



This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.

The guest must provide evidence of the reason for their stay (for example temporary relocation for work, studies, medical treatments, care of a family member, etc.) and, furthermore, will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the telephone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



Apartment access: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle traffic access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT).
