The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located in a completely renovated building with an elevator, has an area of 200 m², and has a capacity for 9 people.
It has four bedrooms. The main bedroom with a King size bed, two bedrooms with two single beds in each of them, and another bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there is an individual sofa bed. In total, there are 3 full bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite in the main bedroom.
Entering, you will be able to enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, featuring a comfortable sofa and a lovely living area next to a dining room, with an independent kitchen from the living room, equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park less than 200 metres from the apartment.
To take into account:
We inform you that due to the City Council carrying out minor works on Madrazo street, it remains closed to traffic. These works do not cause annoying noise in the accommodation. The works will remain active until further notice, thank you for your understanding.
This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not allowed.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
