Located in the cliffs area, very close to Capellans beach and Salou leisure area. Walking distance to everywhere!Totally refurbished and equipped for a holiday with all modern comforts. DISTRIBUTIONWith capacity for 4 people and 2 bedrooms, it is distributed in a living-dining room, a large furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds.GOOD TO KNOW- Refurbished in 2022- Air conditioning only in the living room.- Free Wifi.- Optional parking with supplement and under request and availability.- Perfect for a family holiday on the beach.- Reservations for groups are not accepted.- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.- Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
