Lovely rural retreat

It was a beautiful place to stay. Great local hikes and restaurants. Check in was easy and the facilites were great. The only thing to note is that there is no hot tub, just a pool. Apparently, the property owners did not list this as an amenity, but it is included in Vrbo. The pool is unheated, so if you travel during colder weather, you should probably not plan to swim, etc.

Lovely well equipped house in a quiet rural neighbourhood

We had a relaxing holiday in this quite modern house with driveway parking for a couple of cars, located in a quiet wooded neighbourhood. It made an excellent base for exploring both Cordoba, which is an easy 10km drive, and the surrounding countryside. The pool, was a welcome way to cool off in the hot sun! The friendly hosts have provided good facilities for a comfortle stay. The coffee machine was great, (once we found nespresso pods)! We really enjoyed our break

Not ready for renting.

We stayed multiple nights at this property. It was indeed rural but the neighborhood and the houses looked lovely. Upon arrival we noticed that the upkeep was not good. At the end of the drive there was a pile of stuff and the landscaping need some upkeep. The pool was nice but the furniture was shabby. After entering we saw a large kitchen that was well equipped and a nice living area. We also saw stains on the walls that could have been damp. In an alcove next to the stairs was a bunch of things stored and at the top of the stairs with a door that was posted not to enter. Outside the door was some sort of debris that we couldn’t identify and the amount seemed to grow. Have no idea what it was but certainly didn’t want to see what was in there. The 2 bathrooms appeared recently renovated but stopped short. Had trouble containing water in shower stall. The reno stopped short and just a few inexpensive improvements could have elevated the rooms. There was also ants inside the property. All in all the property had a lot of potential but just was not ready for tenants. The owner was friendly and seemed to want to help but the property needed a lot of improvements to meet standards of a rental property.

Hola Angel, Muchas gracias por su comentario. Comentarle que si hay wifi, está el router en la planta baja con un QR que puede escanear con su móvil para tener red. También hay ventiladores de techo en las 4 habitaciones con un mando en cada una para poder activarlos, además de ventiladores móviles como usted indica. Tendremos en cuenta su comentario para solucionar la tapa del WC Un saludo,

Schönes, geräumiges Haus zum Entspannen.

Ruhiges und abgelegenes Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung entsprach den Erwartungen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top. Besonders herausragend ist der hauseigene Pool. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Nice house in a quiet area

The house is quite new, has a lot space inside and a small but nice pool. The owner was very helpfull. The WiFi was not working well but he arranged a new system fast. Good service! The area is very good for some great hiking, mountainbiken and cycling with a race bike. Cordoba is just a few kilometers away and a very nice and compact town to visit. We will come back for sure !
