Beautiful decorated two bedroom ground floor apartment located in the safe comunity of Real Ibiza just 15 minutes far by car from Playa del Carmen downtown. Easy access to public transportation, close to Plaza America Mall where is a big supermarket named Chedraui. Stores fast food and coffe shops.
Fully furnished and equipped apartment with all you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in Playa del Carmen. It has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, kithchen, washer and dryer, back patio and AC on each area.
The cost of the Cleaning service detailed on the listing is for the Check out cleaning and Laundry. In the case we include mid cleanings during your stay you will be informed on your check in, this mid cleanings are a courtesy and can be cancelled any moment due COVID restrictions or any other internal reasons. In this case we are not obligated to perform them or give any refund for not being provided. When you rent through ABNB no security deposit is requested, but if you rent through any other plattform or direct with us a damage security deposit of 500 usd in cash is requested at check in.
