Three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse in Jardines del Golf set over three floors, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house has it's own wifi connection, is fully air conditione and has a fully fitted kitchen. There are also several terraces to enjoy. The main terrace is southwest facing with views to the sea, the house also benefits from a rear garden and a private garage.

The complex has two communal swimming pools.

Great Location

The house was in a great location. Only a short walk to La Duquesa. The marina is stunning with lots of bats and restaurants. The house was a good size. We had 4 adults and a teenager and there was plenty room to spread out. The house was very well equipped with plenty of everything needed. We had an issue initially with the lounge shutter but Duquesa Estates sorted this immediately. The only let down was the pool. It was small and the second pool wasn’t in use. Also the pool area requires a key to get in which we didn’t know. Overall though the property was as advertised and we would definitely consider going back.
