The apartment is situated in a private and beautiful complex that is within a short walking distance from the port and seafront, very near to Duquesa Golf and Country Club. Duquesa Regent has security gates, private undercover parking and the beautiful gardens are complete with a well maintained pool, Paddle Tennis Court and also a communal terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one twin room, both rooms are en-suite.It has a fully equipped kitchen, and a large 'L' shaped terrace perfect for outdoor dining.The lounge area is very spacious, and features large sofas, one of which can be turned into a very comfortable double sofa bed.The dining area has a table and seats up to 6 people. Amazing stay

The pictures look great but the property was amazing. So well equipped and the beds sheets etc were a high quality. The location was wonderful - only a short walk down to the port with lots of restaurants and bars. I would love to come back here again. Such a beautiful apartment and we take away so many happy memories. The pool was brilliant for adults and children and w made some lovely friends. Nearby beaches are clean and really safe for children.

The only problem was there was never enough hot water for four of us to shower before going out.

We only used it for a base four four of us on a short golf break. It was ideal for us except the hot water would run out before we all had a shower.

Good appartment

Excellent appartment, very clean and full equiped. Well located at 10min by car to beaches and Marina. Quiet resort and very well maintained. Lovely terrace and views. 100% matching with what we were looking for and expected from the pictures. What you see is what you will found. Will recommend any one with family for a quiet and conformable stay.

Fantastic Property

Great appartment was spotless and it felt like a real home from home. The facilities were excellent and you wanted for nothing. The little touches made all the difference and it was obvious it was someones own holiday home.

Second time for me here - speaks for itself

My second time using this apartment. I can not recommend it enough. Cleanliness, facilities and location are exceptional. Around 10 mins walk to the Port and beaches. Gibraltar airport about 30 mins drive whilst Malaga airport about an hour away. I don’t want to go home.
